About Us

While you may not be familiar with Teton Corporation, please allow us this opportunity to introduce our organization to you. We are proud of our forty-plus years of history.

Teton Corporation is based in Historic Madison, Indiana, which is located in the Southeastern part of the state along the Ohio River between Louisville, Kentucky and Cincinnati, Ohio. Bruce Breeding formed Teton Corporation in 1974. Bruce had been a contractor in the area since 1954. Bruce’s son, Timothy Breeding, joined the company full time in 1986. Bruce and Tim worked side by side for many years building this company into what it is today.

Tim became Teton Corporation’s President in 2004. Tim’s education and experience allow Teton Corporation to carry on the tradition of providing our clients with the highest quality of workmanship that they have come to expect from this family-owned company.

We specialize in the design and construction of commercial and industrial buildings. Locally, the Jefferson County Jail, the Milton Elementary School and the Madison Precision Products Plant are just a few of our completed projects. We have completed several hundred projects throughout the area, and would be happy to show any of them to you.

Whether you should require the design and erection of a pre-engineered metal building, a masonry building, wood frame building, or historic preservation project, we have the equipment, knowledge and experience to meet your needs. We pride ourselves with the quality that we provide to our clients throughout the entire process of your project from start to completion. However, we never forget the importance of completing the project on time. Personal hands on supervision throughout all phases of the construction process provides you with close attention to every detail of the project to assure you that the finished product will meet the high standards that we both set for ourselves and our clients expect from us.

We stand behind our corporate motto: “Quality to Stand the Test of Time.”
